As a Retail Sales Associate at K&G Fashion Superstore, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

- Handle customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries and needs, incorporating suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
- Replenish merchandise, maintain store layout, and perform general housekeeping tasks.
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge, POS instructions, and merchandise promotions.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
- Ability to work well with associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
