Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with the administration of medications.
- Maintain precise documentation and communicate any changes in resident health.
- Manage medication orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Offer compassionate assistance with daily living activities.
- Encourage resident autonomy and support their emotional health.
- Promote engagement in enrichment activities.
- Foster effective communication among healthcare providers, families, residents, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Team-oriented individual with strong communication abilities.
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in caregiving.
- Possession of a current HCA or CNA license, or a willingness to obtain one.
- First Aid and CPR certification, or the capability to acquire it.
- Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates, or a willingness to pursue these qualifications.
- Prior experience in senior living environments is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
