About the Role

This is a full-time, year-round position, Monday through Friday. You will be working with children in a Montessori setting, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth. Your expertise and passion for Montessori education will be essential in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing Montessori lessons and activities
  • Provide individualized support to students, addressing their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education units (6 core or more) required
  • Previous teaching experience preferred
  • Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
