We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Bartender to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Knowledge and service of menu items and beverage brands, as well as cocktail recipes, varieties of beer and wines, soda, water, sugars, and other prepared beverages.
- Perform in accordance with all state regulations with regards to alcohol service and consumption.
- Serve hot and cold food to guests as needed in a timely manner.
- Follow all Steps of Service, including greeting and welcoming guests, upselling, establishing rapport, serving, pre-bussing, thanking guests, and inviting guests back.
- Collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in pool grill area.
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products.
- Prepare bar area in supplies needed, such as ice, slice, and pit fruit garnishing drinks, etc.
- Previous serving or bartending experience.
- High school Diploma/equivalent (preferred).
- One-year previous bartending/serving experience in a hospitality environment.
