Job Summary

About the Role

We're seeking an exceptionally gifted UI/UX professional who is passionate about exploring and advancing the latest interactive design trends, hardware capabilities, and technologies. In this role, you'll envision the big picture while perfecting the smallest project details.

Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling and thoughtful in-vehicle and/or mobile user experiences with a focus on clean and artful design.
- Lead the design of features and improvements for our products, ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs.
- Develop and iterate on user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Apply data-driven insights to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
- ~2+ years' experience collaborating with Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end design work required.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in human-centered design approaches, techniques, and philosophy.
- Automotive UI/HMI experience is a plus.
