Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct energy assessments on newly constructed homes, including blower door tests, duct leakage tests, and other diagnostic evaluations to assess energy efficiency and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Perform site evaluations to verify compliance with building codes and energy efficiency standards.
  • Collaborate with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to communicate findings and suggest improvements for energy efficiency.
  • Maintain precise records of all testing and inspection activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory updates related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to provide proof of previous employment for the past seven years through a background check.
  • Experience in construction or related fields is advantageous.
