- Manage paperwork and records to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Team Development
- Maintain positive communication with the team and set elevation goals for each team member.
- Train team members in quality work, checklist use, and safety.
- Work with the back office to post ads, interview, and hire team members based on our 5 values.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure 7-day per week coverage for FoxTrot's clients.
- Collaborate with the Aviation Supervisor to maintain high-quality service and safety standards.
- Physical Demands
- Lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and twisting.
- Cleaning to a high level of detail up to 8 hours per day.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Excellent communication skills and availability by cell phone 24/7.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Education and Certifications
- Medically cleared to operate heavy machinery and perform all physical work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Background and Screening
- Pass a basic background check.
