Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at HCA MidAmerica Health in Leawood, Kansas. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing interventional procedures, including routine and complex cases, under the guidance of our experienced physicians.

Responsibilities
  • Perform interventional procedures, including arterial and venous interventions, contrast studies, and stenting
  • Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety and infection control protocols
  • Participate in performance improvement and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology
  • Two-year program or four-year Bachelor's degree in Radiology Technology, with training in interventional procedures
  • American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) certification or registry eligibility, with completion of examination within 9 months of hire
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Minimum of one year of hospital department experience in arterial and venous interventional radiology
