Job Description
  • Contribute to patient assessments in close collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans and self-care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire date
  • High school diploma or GED
