Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing quality control programs to ensure our products meet and exceed industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure product quality and technical standards
  • Oversee a team to provide expert technical support to area plants, job sites, and customers

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or related field
  • Minimum ten years' experience in ready mix concrete and aggregate QA/QC management
  • Professional certifications such as ACI and NRMCA Concrete Technologist Level 2-4
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with industry-specific QC software
Working Conditions

The Quality Control Manager will work in a normal office/laboratory environment, with occasional time spent in manufacturing facilities and the field at customer job sites.

The ideal candidate must be able to spend long hours on the computer, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear personal protective equipment as necessary.
