  • Mentor and coach less experienced nurses to enhance their clinical and leadership skills.
  • Monitor and maintain the standards of care for the unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze resident records and quality of care metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with upper-level management to address unit-specific challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Current State RN License and 3 years of long-term care experience.
  • 2 years of charge nurse experience and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
