Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the State of Ohio.
  • At least two years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
  • CPR certification and ability to drive during various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Computer skills sufficient to document patient information and care plans.
