Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Scituate Light Caregivers, LLC. As a Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the nursing process for residents assigned to your care
  • Provide direct and indirect care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care
  • Assess and respond to resident conditions utilizing the nursing process
  • Work cooperatively with other members of the facility interdisciplinary team
  • Complete and ensure C.N.A. documentation of care and services rendered
  • Report incidents timely and to appropriate persons per facility policy
  • Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
Requirements
  • RN Bachelor or Associate degree from credentialed school of nursing
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • 1 year of related nursing experience
