About the Role:

This role involves servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team to achieve sales targets. You will become an expert in training and developing team members, using our systems and process to drive results. As you master the skills needed, you will move into the Agency Director role, leading a team to achieve sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Train and develop team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • The desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
