Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit new construction sites daily to ensure timely completion of dry-ins and shingle installs, and close out jobs in Skedulo according to the new construction super SOP.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure installations meet Proformance Standards and builder expectations, referring to the new construction super SOP for QC photo requirements.
  • Follow assigned routes in Skedulo as per the new construction super SOP.
  • Return excess materials to the warehouse from installations.
  • Maintain open communication with builders in your community, contacting them daily.
  • Provide timely updates to routing and scheduling to ensure service timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with the corporate purchasing team, estimating team, and branch General Management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct drive-throughs to monitor job site cleanliness, crew safety, and general visibility.
  • Make in-person visits with builders to ensure they are aware of your presence.
  • Be proactive in scheduling and confirming installations with builders.
  • Solicit feedback from builders to improve service quality.
  • Ensure job sites are left cleaner than when you arrived.
  • Express gratitude to builders for their business and show appreciation.
  • Check in with branch management twice daily, once in the morning and once before leaving.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
