Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Carpenter to join our team as a Site Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in custom construction, leadership skills, and the ability to supervise and execute multiple facets of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to execute projects efficiently and with superior quality
  • Monitor activity levels, objectives, and materials to implement directives given by the Project Manager
  • Responsible for the quantity and quality of work performed by team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on building experience in custom construction
  • Leadership experience
  • Problem-solving skills

  • Safety awareness
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Technologically inclined
  • Ability to perform accurate and efficient material quantity take-offs
  • Physical dexterity for consistent manual labor in all weather conditions
  • Adaptability for a fast-paced and changing environment

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday
