Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Model proficiency through precepting new team members and staying up-to-date with the latest knowledge and innovations.
- Contribute to a safe and quality-focused environment at the point of care.
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
- 1-year experience in a critical care setting.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
