Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the consultative sales process to build strong relationships with customers and identify their financial needs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our retail consumer and small business products and services, and recommend solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to schedule financial reviews and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, driving revenue growth and enhancing the Financial Center's P&L.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a comfort level with sales activities and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to analyze credit and financial information and make sound decisions.
  • Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.
Working Conditions
  • Normal office environment with extended viewing of computer screens.
  • Ability to travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling flexibility.
