Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Residence Inn Flint. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, preparing and distributing reports, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and review management reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Perform guest services functions, including check-in, check-out, and reservations, as needed.
  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer knowledge and skills, with proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Ability to work a late/overnight shift and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
