We are seeking a licensed Remote Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant in Indiana. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Job Details
  • This is a full-time position with a caseload to be discussed during the interview.
  • Onsite work is required during the school year.

We offer competitive salary and benefits for this role. The estimated salary for this position is $**70,000 - $90,000 per year**, depending on experience. Our benefits include:

  • Weekly pay with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours of work per week.
  • Paid liability insurance coverage.
  • Health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for employees working at least 30 hours per week.
  • Stipends may be available under certain circumstances.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent, prior school-based experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.

Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing speech and language therapy to students, collaborating with other professionals, maintaining accurate records, and attending meetings to report on student progress.
