Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary, estimated at $**80,000 - $110,000 per annum**, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive compensation packages, further enhancing your overall remuneration package.

About the Role
This position involves conducting thorough assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Accurate diagnoses are then developed based on assessment results.

Treatment plans are implemented using evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, ensuring continuous progress monitoring and adjustment as needed. Patient education and support are also provided to promote daily communication improvement, involving family members where necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities.
  • Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate patients and families.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:A degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
