Role Summary:

As a Service Route Technician, you will be integral in delivering top-notch service to our esteemed clients. Following thorough training, you will be designated a route within the designated area. During your visits, you will replenish customer supplies, conduct preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment, process payments, and promote our cleaning and sanitizing products. You will be provided with a company mobile device and operate our Auto-Chlor vehicles. Ongoing on-the-job training will be available to ensure your success.

Benefits:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime and on-call responsibilities.
  • Competitive Pay: Maximize your earning potential with an annual salary ranging from $57,000 to $62,000 at Auto-Chlor System. This appealing compensation package includes a guaranteed hourly wage of $20, commission opportunities, and overtime pay.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: After just 30 days of employment, you will gain access to a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. We also offer company-paid life insurance and AD&D, with options for voluntary life coverage. Additionally, you will have the security of Long-Term Disability coverage. Qualifications:

  • Independent Work Skills: Ability to work autonomously, taking charge of your assigned route and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Mechanical Skills: A natural aptitude for mechanical tasks and comfort in performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in light sales or upselling is preferred, as you will have the chance to promote our cleaning and sanitizing products to clients.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record to fulfill driving duties effectively.
  • On-Call Availability: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every three weeks, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
