Nurse Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare department, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of high-quality patient care and overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting. Previous lead or supervisor experience is preferred, as well as previous healthcare management experience.
In this role, you will assist the Director in analyzing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating processes and programs that enhance the services of our nursing department. You will also participate in the development and implementation of strategic business plans and create an environment that supports continuous improvement of operational, financial, and clinical components.
You will assume primary responsibility for effective supervision of nursing activities and collaborate with other clinical and ancillary departments to meet organizational and department-specific quality and safety measures. Education/Skills: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required; Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: BLS within 2 weeks of hire; RN License in state of employment or compact.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
