Responsibilities:

* Manage the Slot Technology department to meet financial and operational goals and objectives.
* Responsible for the maintenance and security of all Slot systems to keep the Slot operation in compliance with NIGC & WSGC regulations.
* Responsible for directing the Slot Technology department in service and preventative maintenance of Slot equipment and other gaming-related equipment; as well as the training and development of Team Members.
* Responsible for maintaining and updating casino maps and supervising and controlling Slot installations and movement.
* Responsible for maintaining an ongoing inventory of parts for machine repair.
* Responsible for planning and execution of large-scale slot projects and technology implementation.
* Assist in slot performance analysis and purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
* Five (5) years of experience in Slot Technology, Project or Performance Management.
* Five (5) years of experience leading/supervising Slot Technology operations.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

* Demonstrated Slot Technical and Management training.
* Demonstrated large-scale casino project management.
* Demonstrated ability to read and interpret Slot Floor Plans and Wiring Diagrams.
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Able to work effectively with all Casino departments.
* Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I).
