Job Title: Senior Muse (Supervisor)

Primary Purpose:

The Senior Muse (Supervisor) will leverage their expertise in retail to drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client & Service Expert: Develop a loyal clientele through proactive outreach, maximize sales, and maintain a strong client book.
  • Leadership Presence: Achieve personal sales goals, educate the team on sales plans, and drive them to achieve store stats.
  • Building Brand Equity: Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, accurately process POS transactions, and maintain inventory integrity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
