We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at Restaurant Depot. As a key member of our Asset Protection department, you will play a critical role in reducing losses and ensuring the integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and conduct investigations into potential losses, analyzing data and identifying trends to inform actionable plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk, including policy guidance, education, and process improvements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on key issues causing shrink, including improper keying of product, case/unit issues, and quantity key usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field.
