Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT/MRI Technologist to join our team at Sentara Brock Cancer Center. As a CT/MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain optimal diagnostic studies in CT/MRI, including patient interviews and screenings, positioning, equipment operation, and working with physicians and infection control.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
  • 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Ability to obtain ARRT CT and ARRT MR certifications within 2 years of hire.
