Keep the service writer or manager updated on any additional work needed or delays in estimated completion times to provide customers with timely information.
Assist the service writer as required in drafting work orders, conducting test drives, engaging with customers, or any other actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and filed following each job.
Keep technical qualifications up to date by completing required training programs.
Ensure that the vehicle is returned in a cleaner condition than when it was received.
Complete each job thoroughly to minimize the need for return repairs. If a vehicle returns for additional work, address it promptly, accurately, and with a positive attitude.
