Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records and perform fiscal management for all Title III-funded activities
  • Respond to non-routine correspondence and assemble confidential information
  • Assist in developing and executing new or revised programs, procedures, and practices
  • Support federal reporting and budget distribution for activities and programs
  • Provide grant management technical assistance training for Title III Activity Directors
  • Collaborate with activity directors and program staff to promote effective communication and approval processes
  • Assist in obtaining and interpreting program guidelines
  • Supervise office personnel and assist with fiscal audits
  • Identify and resolve Title III award activity complications
  • Serve as a resource for regulatory information and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Develop monitoring tools for compliance issues and prepare grant documents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in college or university grant administration or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Database management and analysis skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interface professionally with stakeholders
Working Conditions:

This is a light work position that involves moving objects up to 25 pounds and sedentary work primarily involving sitting/standing.
