Key Responsibilities
  • Install, Maintain, and Repair Equipment: Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly installed, maintained, and repaired to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Lead a Team of Maintenance Technicians: Supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety and Security Policies: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience: A technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as engineering, maintenance, or facilities management.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with other departments.
