Job Title: Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our new Secure Treatment Program in the Saugus, MA area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to agency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Oversight: Implement Trauma Informed Care and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) treatment philosophies of the agency.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure they meet or exceed established standards and goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Direct Care Staff and other professionals to provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure the program complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Budget Management: Manage the program's budget, including allocation of resources, tracking expenditures, and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Crisis Management: Act as the restraint coordinator and work towards reducing physical restraint of students, ensuring post-restraint procedures are followed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of residential leadership experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience working with DYS and other state agencies.
