Job Title: Assistant Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Assistant Construction Superintendent to join our team at Luxury Developer. This role will assist the Sr. Project Manager with daily administration and planning of residential construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the jobsite for one project alongside the Sr. Project Manager
  • Determine the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Participate in various project status meetings
  • Alert the Sr. Project Manager when deviations from the project's plan or schedule are foreseen
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and ethics
  • Assist with bid procurement, material selection, and contractor selection
  • Track and filter communication to ensure details are followed up on and not missed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in California
  • Ability to read and analyze architectural plans
  • Experience with local Cities and jurisdictions preferred
  • Customer Service driven
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problematic situations
