Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Trinity Global Consulting, LLC. As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for the overall management and execution of contract requirements for the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management and Compliance:
    • Oversee the performance of contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
    • Ensure that all contract deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    • Manage contract modifications and provide timely and accurate reports to the Contracting Officer.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the DHA and contractor personnel.
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other government officials to address contract-related issues and provide updates on contract status.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive records of contract activities and provide regular status reports to the DHA and other relevant parties.
    • Prepare and submit required documentation, including contract modifications, deliverables, and performance reports.
  • Leadership and Supervision:
    • Lead a team of contract support personnel, providing direction and guidance to ensure the successful execution of contract requirements.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review contract status, address challenges, and ensure alignment with contract objectives.
  • Quality Control and Improvement:
    • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality contract performance.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance contract management efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract performance and compliance.
    • Develop and implement risk management plans to address potential issues before they impact contract performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on government contracting.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time, excluding federal holidays.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
  • Travel may be required for periodic meetings and training sessions.
