We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and manage initiatives according to the organization's project methodology
  • Ensure that projects meet expectations regarding schedule, budget, scope, and quality through metrics and benchmarking
  • Develop and submit business cases for projects
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and communicate issues effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or relevant work experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Experience in communicating and escalating vendor risks, leading projects, developing stakeholder relationships, negotiation, resource allocation, and understanding Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate team building with employees across various disciplines and at all levels

Estimated Salary: $42-$46 per hour.
