Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to branch staff to ensure outstanding experiences for clients.

Open Consumer and Business Depositor Accounts, facilitate consumer and equity lending for individual clients, and identify and refer additional products and services when appropriate (Mortgage, Commercial, Private, Insurance, and Investments).

Engage in external sales initiatives aligned with market potential to attract new business clients while also nurturing and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships.

Supervise branch personnel daily to ensure operational efficiency is maintained. Assist with personnel administration tasks as assigned.
Perform Financial Services Representative duties as necessary.

Foster positive relationships with retail customers, local businesses, trade organizations, and service clubs, focusing efforts on those within the marketing strategy.

Analyze workflow processes, staffing levels, and client interactions to optimize productivity and revenue-generating opportunities.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Prior banking management experience.
