Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness in all designated areas, including but not limited to:

  • Resident rooms
  • Bathrooms
  • Common areas
  • Hallways
  • Nursing stations
  • Dining rooms
  • Public restrooms
  • Offices

Daily tasks include:

  • Wiping down railings and dust mopping all assigned spaces
  • Ensuring utility and storage areas are tidy and organized
  • Disinfecting and sterilizing equipment and supplies
  • Dusting furniture and fixtures
  • Cleaning walls, ceilings, and woodwork
  • Washing windows and door panels in resident rooms
  • Emptying waste receptacles and transporting waste to disposal areas

At the end of each shift, ensure the housekeeping cart is stocked and organized, with all chemicals securely stored. Adhere to established safety protocols when utilizing cleaning agents, ensuring they are used as directed.
