About the Role:
Are you passionate about maintaining a pristine environment? At Uline, we share your enthusiasm for cleanliness and organization. Our state-of-the-art warehouses are meticulously maintained, and we are seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to uphold our high standards.
Work Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday, 11 PM to 7:30 AM (includes a $2 Shift Differential).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, as well as managing both interior and exterior maintenance of our facilities.
2. Handle waste disposal and manage box scraps using a compactor.
3. Operate floor cleaning machines (electric or propane) and other maintenance equipment.
4. Support special projects and perform general labor as required to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of custodial experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
