HVAC Estimator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Estimator for HVAC construction projects. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating bid plans, compiling accurate equipment and material take-offs, and working with vendors and subcontractors to define work scopes and obtain proposals.

• Evaluate bid plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform and compile accurate equipment and material take-offs to support project bids.
• Work with outside vendors and subcontractors to define work scopes and obtain proposals.
• Ensure all information is accurately submitted to bid and win mechanical and/or plumbing projects.

• Mechanical or technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Adobe.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• High degree of analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BS / AAS in Engineering, Construction Management, Drafting, or related field.
