About the Role:

This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to assigned areas, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and entering data into computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to assigned areas, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and entering data into computer systems
  • Patient Care: Assist with preparing patients for exams, collect vital signs, and perform basic patient initial screening
  • Medication Administration: Administer medication, document findings, and communicate with healthcare providers
  • Sanitary Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, order supplies, and report equipment problems

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, program graduate, or 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Credentials: CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer certification
  • Experience: No minimum experience required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
