Key Responsibilities- Identify market opportunities and create business development plans to build relationships for the branch
- Establish performance goals, allocate resources, and assess the performance of the team to ensure they are focused on achieving branch goals
- Responsible for achieving consumer loan, new accounts, deposit, cross-sell, and retention targets, including queue management, reporting, data analytics, and underwriting authority
- Select, coach, evaluate, and develop all direct reports, and oversee training of team members in member services, products, and services, operations, and interpersonal skills
- Provide consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services, and ensure that team members are providing consultative services by assessing the member's needs, addressing their concerns, and gaining agreement
- Research, evaluate, and implement department and/or divisional projects
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures as they relate to USCCU's products and services
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years' management-level experience in a financial institution
- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, US Patriot Act, Regulation CC and funds availability, GLB, and Member Financial Privacy, NCUSIF, and Truth in Savings
- Excellent leadership and public relationship skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. USC Credit Union offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, dependent care and health care flexible spending accounts, retirement with up to 10% employer contributions, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, life and voluntary insurance benefits, and work-life wellness programs.
