Position Details:
The Nursing Aide position operates under the guidance of the Director of Nursing Aide Services (or designated personnel) and is responsible for delivering care to assigned residents in accordance with their assessments and care plans, as well as under the direction of nursing management.

The Nursing Aide collaborates with other licensed care professionals to ensure the appropriate types of care are provided to residents, strictly adhering to all company nursing policies, procedures, and safety protocols.


Qualifications:
- Strong dedication to enhancing quality of life while collaborating with community organizations in patient care
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and leadership
- Willingness to pursue higher-level opportunities such as certifications and further education
- Comfort in providing 1-on-1 patient care while receiving robust support from a patient care team
- Capability to work independently on a daily basis
- Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certification
- C.N.A. P.I.T.T. certification
