- Assist with Patient Care: Provide direct physical patient care, obtain vital signs, perform EKGs, and assist with patient activities of daily living.
- Teamwork and Communication: Embrace shared goals, actively cooperate with colleagues, and maintain open communication to ensure effective patient care.
- Knowledge and Accountability: Continuously seek ways to improve skills, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform various roles as needed to support patient care.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of related job experience preferred.
- Licensure: CNA or other certification (e.g., Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, EMT, or Student Nurse).
- Skills: Basic clerical and computer skills, experience with medical terminology, and ability to prioritize and adjust work plans.
This role requires standing/walking for more than half of the day, frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, and lifting. You may be exposed to infectious diseases and physical, mental, and emotional illness.
