About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Justin Thompson Restaurant Group. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for booking catering and private dining events across all our brands, developing relationships with clients, and nurturing existing relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book catering and private dining events across all JTR Group brands
  • Develop relationships and outside sales leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing our services
  • Nurture existing relationships within JTR Group to build repeat business
  • Secure contracts and deposits for each event booked
  • Coordinate with the catering team on event details
  • Ensure event details are clearly communicated to management teams at each location
  • Follow up with clients after events to deliver gratitude and gather feedback
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of $30,000 annually, plus commission on new sales (3% of food and beverage) and repeat sales (2% of food and beverage). Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering outstanding results.
