Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Towneplace Florence. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving breakfast in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Engage with guests, responding to their needs and preferences in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory and order breakfast supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in hotels, restaurants, or related fields in customer service.
  • Experience as a server, busser, runner, host/hostess, or breakfast attendant preferred.
  • Certifications such as ServSafe or TIPS Certification are a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Mathematical skills, including basic math concepts, percentages, and variances.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
