About NPW

NPW is a company with a rich legacy, established in 1969 by its founder, Larry Pacey. Initially known as National Carburetor Exchange, the business began in a modest 600 square foot facility where Larry managed all aspects, from rebuilding carburetors to handling sales and collections. Over five years, NPW expanded significantly, evolving into a retail parts store offering a variety of performance lines.

Internship Overview

This internship will be hosted at NPW Companies' headquarters in Miami, FL.

Embark on a career path and immerse yourself in our automotive aftermarket internship program this summer. Experience the inner workings of our operations firsthand. This program spans 4-6 weeks, providing a comprehensive understanding of our business and allowing you to apply your knowledge practically by exploring the entire operational flow.

This internship offers full compensation.

Interns will work closely with a diverse team, including Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and Store Managers.

Interns will rotate through various departments, including:

  • Ecommerce
  • Operations
  • Inventory Management
  • Supply Chain
  • Customer Service

Qualifications Required:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program: BBA with a major in Automotive Management & Marketing, International Business, or Management
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Freshman status or above
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
