Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain documentation for bank accounts.
- Reconcile bank accounts with the general ledger.
- Forecast cash flow and collaborate closely with finance teams to enhance cash flow accuracy.
- Oversee the monthly closing process for multiple clients, which includes the preparation of journal entries, allocations, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reporting packages along with supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and authorizer financial reporting requirements.
- Investigate accounting issues and provide technical guidance on accounting transactions.
- Foster customer relationships and maintain professional communication with internal and external departments, as well as external auditors.
- Engage in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of general accounting experience.
- Proficiency in a major ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with US GAAP.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough.
- Capability to identify, analyze, and resolve accounting and system-related issues.
