Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Communication and Engagement: Actively communicate and engage with guests at multiple touch points throughout their stay to ensure a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Amenity Program Coordination: Elevate and coordinate our hotel's Amenity Program to provide guests with a unique and luxurious experience.
  • Training and Development: Conduct informative training with Guest Service team on all Community Curator initiatives and updated neighborhood information.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings with hotel leadership to discuss departmental goals, ongoing community partnerships, and other important matters.
  • Problem Resolution and Guest Service: Provide strong lobby presence to assist front desk agents and guests, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
Requirements
  • Superior Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, email, and phone communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Professional Demeanor: A professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Time Management and Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage time well under pressure.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent); College degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Local Area: Knowledge of the TriBeCa neighborhood and surrounding areas.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to determine priority tasks and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Service-Oriented: Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
