Job Overview

PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting Team, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Finance and providing exceptional accounting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist with month-end closings and ensure timely completion of financial reports
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
