Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barback to join our team at AEG. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our concessions environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and maintain bar supplies, including ice bins, to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our bartenders and guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Report to work on time, prepared to start at the designated hour, and set up your work area as directed.
  • Abide by our operating standards and procedures, as outlined in our policy and procedure manual.
  • Provide prompt, quality service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as required, in support of our team's efforts.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to interact with colleagues to ensure compliance with our service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English fluently, to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Minimum two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant environment.
