Job Title: Host/Hostess

At Red Lobster, we're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Host/Hostess, you'll play a vital role in setting the tone for our guests' dining experience. Your goal will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a smile and a friendly conversation, making them feel at ease.
  • Use a seating chart to efficiently seat guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on current menu items and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Monitor the waiting list and manage the floor chart to optimize table availability.
  • Communicate effectively with guests who are waiting, keeping them informed of wait times and estimated wait periods.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the menus, waiting area, and restrooms.
  • Assist with answering phones and filling to-go orders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time, lift up to 20 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently.
